All India Examination Management Department and Certificate Distribution
- Conducting all All-India Vocational Examinations under the Directorate General of Training (DGT), New Delhi.
- Processing matters related to granting NTCs to trainees who pass out from Government Vocational Institutes.
- Verification of Certificates –
Verifying NCVT/SCVT certificates of trainees from Vocational Institutes for Government establishments such as Railways, Army, Public Sector Undertakings, etc., and forwarding verification reports to the concerned authorities. Certifying trainees requiring verification for foreign employment. This certificate-verification service has been made available online on the Aaple Sarkar Portal from November 2025.
- As per Government Decision: Higher and Technical Education Department No. ITI-2010/59/Pr.Kr.32/Vy.Shi-3 dated 25/05/2015.Purchasing all stationery and required materials for the Examination Department using the Personal Ledger Account (PLA) of the Directorate, funded through examination fees, and maintaining up-to-date records
- Managing all work related to the RTI Act, 2005.
- Handling information and tasks related to the Legislative Assembly sessions.
